WHO ARE WE?
Company Kapitel d.o.o. was founded in November 1991 with residence in Ivanić-Grad.
The full name of the company is ¨Kapitel d.o.o. (MBS) 3781186, VAT Number (OIB) 44838895379. Since its inception, the company is owned by Ivica Kušić, a graduated architect engineer. The company employs over 100 employees, including highly educated engineers and graduate engineers up to qualified professional perpetrators who provide their work experience with a guarantee for the good performance of work tasks and contracted work.
WHAT ARE WE DOING?
Our core business is civil engineering; infrastructure and building construction, “turnkey” construction, and demanding restoration works.
Today, the company has an enviable number of references in the field of construction and renovation of buildings, infrastructure and restoration works, and is a respectable partner to many other companies in Croatia.

Consent of the Ministry of Construction and Physical Planning for the Group C - Resolution of the Ministry of Culture for the construction of civil engineering – works on immovable cultural property.
- Confirmation by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Nature of the Register of Waste Carriers for Non-Hazardous Waste, Hazardous Waste and Communal Waste
Following the situation on the European market, the company participated in demanding procurement – IPARD, IPA, Pre-Accession Assistance – and successfully completed over 10 contracts in English for execution of works under EU procedures, all in accordance with the Red and Yellow FIDIC book (FIDIC – YELLOW BOOK, RED BOOK).
